Step 1
Cleanse, tone and moisturize your skin with an oil or serum before using the gua sha
Step 2
Hold your Gua Sha Stone flat against your skin and apply light to medium pressure
Step 3
Use pulling upwards motions on you skin and repeat at least 5 times on both sides
