– Start with a clean face and prep your skin with a facial oil or hydrating facial moisturizer
– Hold the tool in your hand with the smooth, rounded edge facing down
– Begin at the center of your forehead, gently glide the tool in an upward and outward motion towards your hairline. Repeat this motion 5-10 times in the same area.
– Move down to your eyebrows and glide outward towards your temples
– Use light pressure for the under-eye area to reduce eye bags and dark circles
– Glide across the cheeks towards your ears, starting from the side of your nose
– For the neck area, glide downwards from the chin and the side of the neck to the collarbone for lymphatic drainage
